About the Menu
When Christian Karlström, Lingon's culinary creator, produces a new menu, Head Chef Jens Kvisler begins the hunt to find the best fish and produce.
He always begins scouting in Uppsala and its surroundings for local alternatives, because at restaurant Lingon, we believe that local and organic products are to be preffered. We receive fresh deliveries many times a week and get meat, fish and cheeses from specialized Swedish distributors such as PL Handel, Fisk Idag, Melins Lamm, Blindh Ren, and Eskesta Dairy Farm.
