Dining Rooms
Ever since restaurant Lingon first opened in 2001, our Dining Rooms have seen numerous stages of renovations and refurbishment.
We have refurbished the restaurant gradually and today our dining roomd extend all the way to the gable by the Fyris River. Since the building dates all the way back to the late eighteenth century, it has been crucial to renovate with outermost care and caution. We have devoted ourselves to preserve and recreate the old, rustic feel that is built in the old timber walls of the house. A task that will surely never be quite finished, but we believe we have come a long way!
